Governing Board

The governing board consists of:

H. L. Libby - C.P.A., J.D. - Ohio State University, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Robert S. Libby - BA Wesleyan University Middletown, Connecticut, and JD Case Western Reserve, is currently a member of the Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Maryland Bar. After graduation Robert worked with Bridgeport Trust and then joined this firm in 1986. . He is currently in charge of our development and new projects and handles some construction, management and financing. He has complete authority over properties east of Pittsburgh.

James A. Libby - BA Northwestern University and MBA Ohio State University majoring in Real Estate, joined the staff of H. L. Libby Corporation in August, 1991, as Director of Leasing and Acquisitions. Formerly, he was a marketing principle for Trammel Crow in Memphis, Tennessee. He was with them approximately five years. Prior to Trammel Crow, Jim Libby worked for Inland Steel in their sales department for 3 years.
